Terrible drug. I threw the last RX away. I felt like I had the flu for 3 months straight. Would not recommend this drug to anyone. I didn't feel that I needed it anyway, my choles was right at 200....my Dr tends to be a Drama Queen, so I switched Doctors to one that isn't so excitable about everything.

I was pissed when my insurance company pretty much forced me to buy the generic (a 3 month supply of ortho lo is $115 vs.$10 for the generic). Being a student, I can no longer afford the name brand BC I trust! HOWEVER, since being on tri-sprintec lo, I have not had ANY side effects. It's just like being on Ortho tri cyclen lo - minus the cool click pack. It's only been one month so far, but, so far, so good. My advice: try it, it just may not be the end of the world! I went to the hospital and the doctor perscribed this to me. When I started taking it, I felt much worse than before. My chest was heavy and I was in a lot of discomfort.

Prozac made me emotionally numb and killed my sex life. In the long run, I don't think it's an ideal treatment for depression because you don't feel anything, even when you should.
