I would strongly discourage women with anxiety and/or depression from taking this pill. I've suffered from anxiety and depression for years, which is kept in check by medication, however by week three of my first pack of this pill, I experienced depression so severe that I did nothing but sleep and cry for a week. As if that were bad enough, I went through two weeks of daily panic attacks which sent me to urgent care twice and eventually to a counselor to eliminate them. Please tell your doct... It works for restless legs but lethargy, headaches, sleepiness, breathing not worth it if my husband can deal with my restless legs. The dosage above was prescribed but I have never taken the 3 a day. I took 2 the first day, and I was useless for anything, then 1 a day and still the side effects. I stopped 2 days ago and still feel the effects. Takes a long time to get out of your system.

I am not sure which drug I am taking caused my vertigo--bystolic, hyzaar or simvastatin. or my weight gain...I have switched to pravastatin..

I like advil because it is small and I dont like taking big pills. It just doesnt seem to have as good of an effect on me as tylenol does to relieve my headaches

I am taking Moringa to help with calcium uptake as I cannot take dairy products (lactose intolerance) or elemental calcium due to family history of cardiac disease and arterial sclerosis. I have found that even taking one pill per day has increased my alertness, decreased joint pain and decreased stress. What I do not like is the nausea I experience.
