I've been on Dilantin for about 15 years now. I don't like the side effects at all, especially the memory problems, since they seem to get worse. Sometimes I forget a word in the middle of my sentence, I then getflustered and forget my entire thought. it was recomended I take this to help strengthen my bones since osteoporosis runs in my family. I did take it for some time but just having to take one a day was hard because I became forgetful.
