I took this medication a while back because I had a very upset stomach and the taste was horrible, I almost threw up and it made my stomach feel worse. So since then I havent taken this medication.

This drug made me so sick I would NEVER take it again. I wish i could sell the whole bottle to the person who made the comment about it helping them focus. I was so sick, it caused nausea, vomiting, fever and I couldn't get out of bed. The worst medication i have ever been prescribed!!!

The pill was effective as a contraceptive, but I did not have a good experience with the side effects of the medication despite this being a "low dose" bcp. However, that being said, everyone has a different experience with different medications especially with the bcp because of people's different reactions to the hormones. I experienced headaches, fatigue, moodiness, and a considerable increase in breast size.

i started taking loseasonique as a method of birth control in january of 2010. i asked my gynecologist about this pill because i wanted a way to reduce the number of periods i would have a year, without IUD implantation. so she gave me two 3-month trials of loseasonique, as she thought that 3 months would not be long enough for my body to fully adjust. i have been on the pills for over 5 months now, and the breakthrough bleeding is just as bad this far in as it was in the beginning. the fi... One of the side effects of birth control pills is abnormal vaginal bleeding. That could mean anything from spotting for a day or two to practically being on your period all the time. You may just be experiencing this because it is your first month, and your body hasn't had time to adjust to the new hormones.
