I have been taking Spiriva for many years. I have COPD even though I have never smoked. It worked well for me until recently....I am now 71....I have had many side effects, including urinary tract infections, severe constipation, depression, blurred vision, dry mouth. This is the worst medicine I've ever taken. I was in more pain than before after taking the medicine, and maybe got 3 hours sleep and an entire day of not being able to move due to intense abdominal pain. I decided to stop taking the medicine after 3 days.

For me, kava works wonders for my sometimes debilitating anxiety. Non-addictive, and does not cloud my thinking. However, I usually take more than whatever the recommended dose on the bottle says. No side effects, other than if you take "too much", sometimes you can feel a little tired the next day, and/or not sleep as well in the morning.
