I play a lot of sports and only take this as needed which is 1 to 2 tablets per week (50mg/tablet). I find it very effective for my lifestyle in helping me enjoy playing as hard as I do. I find Ultram to be quite effective at controlling pain from sports injuries for considerably longer than vicodin with reduced dry mouth, reduced constipation, less inflamation and I remain more mentally alert.

Sever rash sometimes occurs around the 9th day of treatment, it clears within 10 days following. Found it increased my total cholesterol mildly. Took 8 months on this drug to reach undetectable.

I use a mix of drugs as preventive for my "Cluster" condition one is Topamax. At first I was on 250mg and it was terrible as I lost weight, dizzy, total lack of concentration and at time could not even remember my telephone number or home address. No aftyer treatment I am down to 25mg (morning and 50mg night and I feel no side effects yet I still feel a slight lack of concentration, drowsiness and weight loss. Awful indigestion started after I took second tablet of flucloxacillin. Nothing relieves it, it's constant discomfort, painful when food goes down so I'm not eating much at the moment. I've stopped taking this antibiotic now after I went back to see a different GP and he said I don't need antibiotics, hooray!

I had a stomach virus and kept vomiting and once I got on this medication it helped relieve my nausea and vomiting, no side effects or anything bad from this medication.
