I started taking Vyvanse when Adderall XR stopped working for me about 2 years ago. At first the side effects were strong ( I started at 50 mg) including social reclusion, irritability, dry mouth, stomach problems, and loss of appetite- the problem was I didn't notice the social side effects- I just wanted to get things done and nothing else mattered. Cymbalta certainly does the job. Have had very little side effects from it at all. I am taking it to control my panic attacks. I did go through a period where my doctors office switched doctors and I couldn't get my perscription refilled for almost 5 days until they got it together. I was fine the first two days but the third through fifth day I was having dizzy spells and anxiety attacks from not taking it. I used Seasonale for about 3 years, switched to OrthoTriCycline for about 3 years, and then recently my doctor switched me to Seasonique since I did so well on the Seasonale before and it is a similar drug. I took the drug for 7 weeks until I had to stop. I bled constantly for the last 4 weeks. I gained 10 lbs.
