I was on the NuvaRing for 4 years and I loved it. Little to no cramps, 2-3 day light periods. Everything was great. Suddenly I started getting yeast infections. The first one was the last week before my period. It went away when I had my period, but came back three days after I put in a new ring. And lasted for 2 weeks. I works just as tylenol works but a little more specific for cramps. Its works great I just didn't like all the bloating and the feeling that I wanted to throw up. Other than that it was okay.

Well it worked to prevent pregnancy because there was no way I could've gotten pregnant when I couldn't even have sex since I basically had my period for a month! In addition I had the pleasure of getting severe cystic acne that I haven't been able to get under control for 3 months. I've never had anxiety in my life and I started having anxiety attacks. As I tried to reduce my pain and suffering from back and neck pain, I took Tylenol. I took exactly 2 pills and an hour later I felt a tiny bit better. By then I had put ice on my back and on the muscles that hurt but i can't really say that it was all due to the Tylenol. I just remember feeling drowsy, impatient, and a bit short tempered. I wanted to be alone without any disturbances.
