I just take this vitamin because my doctor told me to take it for my arthritis as a Calcium supplement. I dont get any side effects or anything since it is a vitamin.

Xanax is an absolutely wonderful med! It is, hands down, the mother of all benzos! It far superior to other benzos used in treating anxiety, etc.

**** keep in mind that I have a pretty strong anxiety disorder, femcon has exasperated it but in no way cause it. my stats: taking it for three weeks to help with my acne, 27 years old, good health, was on orthricycline low 3 years ago without any problems. I have been using clinques acne care system. It seemed to be working in the beginning, but the effects have started to wear off. It contains benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid.

I take vitamin C to improve my immune health. Overall, I think it works but can't really prove it because I never had frequent cold symptoms to begin with. I figure a pill a day can't hurt.
