I've noticed a lot of leg cramps, but I don't know if it's related. My sleep can be more erratic, but it never was perfect. My breathing is much better and being active is much easier. I was active before but it made me out of breath a lot. Overall it's a good thing but does seem to lower sex druve ime.

Claritin-D 24hr worked great for my allergies. I took is for years, then started to have heart problems. The culprit Claritin-D. I still continue to have heart problems after being taken off the medication, it caused damage to my heart that willNEVER go away . I'm a 26yr old female who's life will forever be changed for the worse because of this. Please keep an eye on your blood pressure and heart rate while taking Claritin-D

I was originally prescribed pills that only contained 0.030 mg of synthetic estrogen for extremely painful cramps (and also hoped that they would help control some of my bad acne). I experienced some breast tenderness, and the acne hardly cleared as we had hoped. I was soon switched to MonoNessa, which has 0.035 mg of the estrogen in it, and I think it has worked wonderfully. 48 hrs after taking one pill my leg muscles gave out . I fell and damaged my knee. I now have to see a doctor and get an mri to see the extent of damage from this poison.

It works very well for me. I take it to treat my vitamin D deficiency. Last time I went to doctor, my deficiency had improved. It doesn't waste wonderful, but it works so I take it. I usually drink it with orange juice, instead of water, so that it takes the taste away.
