This is a horrible drug that caused all kinds of side effects and made me miserable for the last 2 years. Started taking it due to gastritis from NSAIDS. Tried Pepcid first but got acid breakthrough after 1 month. Tried 10 mg capsules of Omeprazole, but they had a nasty aftertaste. Bumped up to 20 mg, then 40 mg. Constant bloating and abdominal pains. To anybody who wrote in or is thinking of taking this medication Xyzal I would love to know if anybody else had very bad hallucinations. I wrote my experience on June 3rd and none of my doctors not even my phychiarist heard of this medication. I wonder if it's given out to alot of people. I take pristiq with wellbutrin(150 mg) every day. The combination helps to manage my depression and anxiety. I have a very stressful job and have had a tremendous amount of stress in my life due to personal and professional events. I confess overall i am very happy with Amisulpride, as I feel happier, more confident, less anxious, less phobias, less weight, more sexual energy, less funny thoughts, less depressed. But, I also feel confused, drowsy, with severe insomnia and abstract concentration difficulties. 8 out of 10!
