A lot of my symptoms could be related to me stopping smoking and not to NicoDerm CQ. My chest hurts but not a caving in feeling, rather a bruised feeling. As the day progresses I feel less anxious. I smoked 13 ciggerettes per day and still think that Step 1 is giving me too much nicotine.

I was wondering if anybody knows how long after the first or second shot these major issue occur? My daughter has had aura's and then followed by a headach and has had 2 of the 3 shots which I have decided not to get the third as this was not a problem before this. I am taking Moringa to help with calcium uptake as I cannot take dairy products (lactose intolerance) or elemental calcium due to family history of cardiac disease and arterial sclerosis.
