I noticed some initial weight loss, but have not seen the promised (or out of the ordinary) weight loss. Slight increased energy levels, but nothing great. Don't yet think that I would recommend it for anything but antioxidants.

The first day I tool Zyflamend, I noticed a distinct reduction in lower back pain from osteoarthritis. But the next day, I began coughing and having mucus problems. I have had to stop all NSAIDS, asperine, and even paracetamol, because they all cause coughing and wheezing. I was so looking forward to a herbal remedy that would not have this nasty side-effect. I am about to switch BC. i feel so emotional with this and i have 2 periods per month since taking this. i hate it... the doctor just says give it more time... but its been a little over a year and i have "spotting" or "period at least 2 times a month. thats more then i used to have before taking it!
