I have always suffered from mild panic attacks and anxiety since my parents divorced as a child. For a long time, I thought it was just a flaw when my doctor explained to me some people just need help relaxing their nerves when it comes to stress and anxiety. I was on 125 mg and reduced down to 100 mg over about 4 weeks (yes very slowly) and my jerky limbs side effects have gotten worse. I also find my sleeping patterns are all over the place. But I feel so much better than before that I don't want to stop taking them.

I have hypertension since 1994, and I used to take another drud which is 7 times more expensive than Bendroflumethiazide. The previous did not work, I was always tired, a;ways fainted, and so many other associated indesirable side-effects, and no decrease in blood pressure. But since I started Bendroflumethiazide, my blood pressure is normal, stable, and I feel much better.
