Colloidal Silver did not have a significant effect on me. I took it for it's antibacterial properties, and supposed immune support qualities, but I cannot say that it had a strong effect.

However, I've lately been getting severe restless arms/legs. It came on suddenly, perhaps because I was using Advil PM too much, and is so severe I can't lie in bed, let alone sleep.

Green tea is good for relaxing. Drink it occasionally, just helps me mellow out, more placebo effect I think than anything else, although I know it's good for you.
