i was advised to take the drug two weeks before my period. i am on my 16th day of my period, i have experienced headaches, bodyaches, hotflashes, nausea, vomiting and of course long periods. i have been hospitalized, the Drs did a blood test, cat scan, pap, ultra and found nothing. i had discussed my concerns and changes i was experiencing after the pill but they all say it cant be the pill as the pill is suppose to help with the period. on the 5th i go for a biopsy. my life is miserable. i k... I started taking mircette and then I switched to generic because it was pretty expensive for a birth control each month. After I switched I lost 10lbs, but I had cramps and a heavier period, so I switched back to regular mircette. It has been 2 months now and I have gained back the 10lbs and I'm always hungry even on my ADHD medicine. Synthroid never affected me positively. It never resolved my symptoms and not only that, it allowed them to continue. I never got better; I only got worse. I found Armour thyroid and have never looked back. Synthroid; levoxyl, and their ilk do nothing but make money for their makers. They give a false hope, while Armour gives true hope and true theraputic value. Synthetics shoud be thrown off the market. They are worthless drugs.

Debbie, no-one knows yet how long Gardasil will last or whether you'll need a booster shot. Because targeting only a few strains could also encourage a replacement disease, Merck might also need to re-formulate the shot periodically. The scary thing is that the first users won't know if and when they're vulnerable again, which makes me wonder what the point is. I am a 30 yrold woman with RSD I have a brain injury and have been taking narcotics for the last 3 years. I recently 10 days ago switchd o suboxone for painrelief and to ease wthdrawl. Well I am experoenceing headaches, major anxiey, my feet and hands are very swollen in the mornings and very aslleep I developed a bladder/kidney infection as well I am ready to go back to opioates fo pain relief this is hard.

When I first started taking it the pill started to regulate my cycle but did not help with the painful cramps and bleeding that I was having. After about a year on the pill my cycles became irregular again and we tried several other birth control methods to see if it would regulate and I did not have any success. I still believe that this is the best birth control pill on the market though
