Celebrex worked amazingly. I was completely pain free while taking it. The only negative side effect I experienced was waking up with swollen hands every morning. The swelling would last approx. 1 1/2 hours. But it was painful and I could not bend my fingers. Unfortunately, I had to stop taking Celebrex due to a sensitivity to Sulpha drugs which gives me hives.

Before taking Topamax I had about 3-4 serious migraines a month--nausea, sensitivity, etc--and almost daily minor ones. Since taking it I hardly get the daily migraines and I only still get about one migraine a month due to my menstrual cycle. I have lost over 10 lbs on the drug (I am now 98-100lbs depending at 5'3") but my doctor doesn't think this isn't a major concern. I took Candex for three days, one capsule in the morning with a very large glass of water. I am very sensitive to all kinds of medicine, so I was prepared for the worst. The only thing that seems related in time to the Candex doses was the veins in my hands and fingers dilating (getting really big), making my hands ache and my fingers and palms itch. Adderall did what it supposed to do. It kept me up for 48 hours straight. However, there was a consequent. After taking this med I noticed that my heart beat was abnormal. My blood pressure was very high and my emotional well-being changed. I was happier. This med also affect my motor skill. When I took this med I noticed that at times my hands were shaking.
