I've ha abnormally (i.e. heart attack level blood pressure, ate only 38, and the beginnings of agoraphobia) I'm a little sleepy, but can finally remember what it is to feel normal. I'm finally not afraid to talk to people. don't laugh, but I went to the store today, and it was ok, nobody was staring at me, or pointing at me. Heck ,I'm proud, bought everything for a full real meal. I did pretty well.

I made the mistake of taking it just before bed on 2 occasions (not on a full stomach) & was awake at 4 a.m. with severe abdominal pain both times - with nausea, and feeling like I needed to vomit. The abdominal tenderness persisted into the next day - felt like I'd done 500 sit-ups.

I suffer from horrible headaches. I also get tension headaches and migraines. I take preventative medication (topamax) for my migraines but sometimes I still get one here and there. When I do get a bad migraine I usually take maxalt, but when it is not available to me I stick to what work has always worked in the past and that is ibuprofen. For the typical bad headache or tension headache, 600 or 800 mg of Ibuprofen just knocks the headache right out so I do not have to repeat the dose later... View full comment

I take carbimazole and had very swollen eyes.A very good specialist opperated on them and took away all the fatty tisue.The difference it made to my self confidence is imeasurable.I could not thank this man enough.That was twelve months ago. I am still on carbimazole and so far my eyes have not swolen again.Im still having double vishion but only when i walk alright sitting down. My doc and I are still trying to work out the right dose to combat the sleepiness that my antidepressants cause (I've tried many - all make me sleepy). On 75mg, I can get through the day but am exhausted at night when it wears off. On 150mg, I feel fantastic - have tons of energy, am happier, a little less hungry (which is great considering the weight gain that's happened with trying so many antidepressants), but I lay awake at night for hours. The only side effect that stands out (in a huge way) is how extremely tired I am all the time no matter how much I sleep. I am prescribed Aderrall 3 times a day and the CRAZY thing is, I am still exhausted and a major side effect of Adderrall is supposed to be trouble sleeping (it's used not only for ADD but narcolepsy as well)!! I am absolutely positive that if it were not for the adderrall counter-acting some of the side effect of Lutera, I would not be able to function at all. It doesn't... View full comment
