I would recommend this because it was very helpful with relieving my sinus pressure and migranes. It started working almost instantly and was a huge help with my daily life. i'm almost 75. i take two pills before i play basketball to mask the pain. this works and helps me feel better. i never take any other medications, besides melatonin, which helps me sleep at night.
