Purchased Alli when it first came on the market. Followed directions and diet exactly and was rewarded with severe constipation. At the time the drug company wasn't even recognizing this as a side effect and on there forums would only comment that they were looking into it. Ugh Very bad experience. I discontinued use and thank god Costco returned my money.

Not sure, but I think it causes some paranoia sometimes, though I do not have any visual or auditory hallucinations, and have never been diagnosed with any mental issues. I find as the length of time increases for me being on Vicodin, I find myself sometimes suffering from frequent paranoia, even though I have not increase the dosage my doctor prescribed. I use metofrmin in combination with glyburide, otherwise it won't work. Metformin for me cannot work alone. Right now, I can't take it because I don't have glyburide, so i use Diabenese instead.

After reading all of these reviews I feel much better knowing I'm not the only one experiencing these side effects. I've also noticed that ny legs have been itchy.... It's been like 3 days since I've been getting minor cramps as if I was going to get my period... But its 2 weeks away... And this is my second pack by the way... And first bc pills I've ever tried. And I'm not sexually active.. I'm on the pill for severe cramps.
