I had an ingrown toe nail on my big toe on my foot, and the doctor said I had a bacterial infection. He then prescribed Cephalexin and to soak it in salt; my toe was better within a month!

My allergies improved however the drug would make me drowsy sometimes mild sometimes strong. the drug also affected my sleep, i would have nightmares.difficulty sleeping i dont sleep that much anymore.i stopped it for a while but my lack of sleep continued, i'm not satisfied with the drug but it is the drug that helps. I am alcoholic.i drink wine more than 200ml for about 8 years.before a year suddenly i fell down due to high blood pressure.my doctor has prescribed me 1mg etizolam per day and advised me to give up wine but i didnt give up wine.now a days i take 1mg in morning at 7 am and 1 mg 11am daily.it gives me relax but on every evening i again drink wine.please suggest me.i want to give up wine and etizolam.

If I accidentally eat a nut and get an allergic reaction, before it becomes serious enough to need my EPI pen I take a benadryl or two and it gets rid of all my symptoms. It's a literal life saver. Try it if your'e allergic to nuts.
