I like the Anabol 10mg. Only tried it once, but will not hesitate to use again. My exsperience was nothing like what I have read. No water retention. Hard, solid gains that haven't went away yet after 3wks of discontinue. No use of PCT or Nolvedex type drug. For the money it cant be beat. This leads me to believe that everyone is unique and will not nessesarily have the same results as reported by the norm or even manufacturer. Terrible drug------------ I felt sick like the drug was eating my liver---- I kept sleeping and functioned less. I was "zoned" out most of the time... The loss of appetite was terrible too.... And the worst thing is trying to get off it---make sure you have a loved one around when you get off it--- the depression is ten times worse than what you started with....I am goin g back to lexapro-- mild and gentle and still be functional

I have been using Gymnema as part of a herbal tablet (along with chromium, B12, Glucomannan, etc) for a few months and took it twice per day. It gave me better numbers but not as good as I would like, and some consistency in my readings. Recently I changed to a capsule - hard as heck to swallow - that is a higher dosage.
