This is a great idea. Gardasil is reported to cause a wide range of possible side effects including possible breast cancer, insomnia, fever and swelling. Everyone taking this vaccine should take this survey and monitor the results- even better pass them on to Merck or the FDA

I truely believe that my daughter lost her life to this vaccine and I feel it needs more study that did not take place BEFORE my daughter was vaccinated. I am appalled at what I have learned about this vaccine and how the FDA and the CDC's has been in this loop of lies! A year ago I started to notice painful bumps under my left armpit. I had gone to several doctors and they had given me a different antibiotic than Doxycycline. It had been a reoccurring problem for me so I just recently visited the dermatologists where he did tests and found it to be a MRSA infection.
