I really enjoy drinking green tea. I haven't really noticed anything but I'm not at a certain age which I'd be able to notice anti-aging. But I haven't noticed any side effects either/

I have pretty bad anxiety/OCD and Pristiq doesn't really help me with that. Maybe a little, but not much. I don't feel depressed taking it. Noticed my hair is falling out a little faster since I started taking Pristiq, but I'm a guy in his late 20's and it was already an issue, just not to the extent it is now. I've never been a huge fan of Tylenol, so I switched to Ibuprofen and I have found that is more effective than other brands and also fast-acting.

I had Graves Disease about 8 years ago,took docs a year to sort it out, had all the heart meds too. Then it was sorted out. Since then i have had Hyperthroidism about three times since - it just wont go away. Back on Carbims again. On 5 mg three times a day now have been retested and its hardly reduced it so have to up the dose to 4 tabs daily - doc said two am,two pm. Works very well for my panic disorder. I can take it in the middle of the day if anxious, avoid a panic attack, and continue on with my day. I've been taking Xanax for about 10 years now and it's still as eefective as it was when I started taking it. I can go days without taking any if I have little or no anxiety. As it wears off I do notice I get a little grumpy, that part doesn't feel real good. Overall it helps my quality of life greatly.

The only side effect that stands out (in a huge way) is how extremely tired I am all the time no matter how much I sleep. I am prescribed Aderrall 3 times a day and the CRAZY thing is, I am still exhausted and a major side effect of Adderrall is supposed to be trouble sleeping (it's used not only for ADD but narcolepsy as well)!!
