I have been tacking Simcor for almost 3 months. In the beginning I had flushing and itching that was severe enough to bother me at night. That side effect has almost gone by now. However, I use to have my resting pulse around 52-54 beats per minute, just recently I've noticed that my resting pulse was elevated to around 68 - 74 beats per minute. Dayquil is great but it makes me feel a little air headed. I defeniately felt it when I was driving. It didn't effect my driving but I could still feel a difference.
