Started taking Topamax on vacation to gradually get up to full dose. Went very slowly--got to full dosage at about 4 weeks. I lost weight, but tried to stick with it because the migraines were so bad, but it only reduced them a little bit. At around the 4-5 week mark I was sitting in my living room feeling semi-suicidal and decided I should read the fine print on the side effects. I used to have huge blisters on my lips, however ever since i started using aciclovir, i have not had any for a year, as soon as i feel a tingle, when i apply it it stops the onset of a coldsore within minutes.

My 15 year old daughter got 2 out of the 3 required Gardasil shots in the fall of 2009. Two weeks after her first shot, we were in the emrgency room with severe abdominal pain, weeks of tests showed nothing wrong, after her second shot the paid increased and caused a new pain in her back. I have been using Advil PM for quite sometime now...(even though I know I shouldnt take it that often).. My right leg is now feeling restless ..like its coming back from falling asleep...but throughout the whole day...Ive had this for a month now...I'm glad I found this forum...After reading this, I am not going to take advil PM anymore....Any other experiences?

My doc and I are still trying to work out the right dose to combat the sleepiness that my antidepressants cause (I've tried many - all make me sleepy). On 75mg, I can get through the day but am exhausted at night when it wears off. On 150mg, I feel fantastic - have tons of energy, am happier, a little less hungry (which is great considering the weight gain that's happened with trying so many antidepressants), but I lay awake at night for hours.
