This was by far the worst experience of my life. I had taken other BC pills off and on since I was a teen and even though some were slightly bothersome, they were tolerable - I am now 35 and can't believe how awful this particular pill was. I am about to go for a test to see if I had a stroke while on it, as i have had noticeable short term memory loss. I have used creatine for muscle mass building purposes. I would take the supplement immediately following my workout routine. I am fairly satisfied with the results of the supplement, as I have been able to increase my strength gradually over the past few years. I noticed a significant drop off in my energy (usually equating to as much as 10 pounds off maximum bench press) when I had not had creatine the day before.

I do take 1000 mfg of OTC Niacin - quick release, which has been more instrumental in reducing cholesterol, and other lipids. This can cuase severe etching, if done on emply stomach, and whiteout taking aspirin 15minutes before.
