I just started this med, but my mood and thinking are noticeably improved. I've noticed a tendency to be overconfident (typically quite rare for me) and then regret actions taken. I have no idea what the impact on my weight will be, though I'm concerned as my taste in foods is changing. The shakes are annoying.

The first day I tool Zyflamend, I noticed a distinct reduction in lower back pain from osteoarthritis. But the next day, I began coughing and having mucus problems. I have had to stop all NSAIDS, asperine, and even paracetamol, because they all cause coughing and wheezing. I was so looking forward to a herbal remedy that would not have this nasty side-effect. Tylenol is a staple medication in my family whenever there’s a cold or some little ailment. My dad’s a family practicioner and we all happen to use Tylenol. It does wonders and is reliable. I’ve never had any problems as a result of Tylenol use but there could of course be side effects--never experienced any myself.

don't ever let a dr or dentist give you this drug. it totally ruined my life. I haven't been the same person for 19 years now. I wouldn't even let the vet use this on my dog when she was spayed. This drug never should have been approved by the FDA, it's dangerous!!!

amitriptyline was added to my other medications because I was grinding my teeth at night and not getting rested sleep. This medication had to be increased after taking 50 mg/day for several years and is now back to working pretty well.

I started taking Finacea for my acne together with spironolactone, so it is difficult to tell which effects are from which medication. However, I do not think that the Finacea has improved my skin significantly. This medication is fairly expensive. With good insurance it is $50/tube, but without insurance I believe it costs over $200/tube. I will likely discontinue my Finacea use soon.
