It is now about 2 1/2 weeks I have been taking Zyflamend. I have Osteoarthritis in my shoulders as well as tears and subluxated bicep tendons, osteo in my elbows, wrists,fingers, and feet. Benadryl is great also with the itching you get the next couple days after your sunburn. It is the antihistamine that helps. Also, benadryl is great for poison ivy. The diphenhydramine helps me sleep at night and the antihistamine helps clear the poison ivy up from the inside out. Great product!

For individuals with minor sleeping problems on an irregular basis this medicine may help but for someone that struggles on a regular basis it is not enough by itself to help the person sleep

Pristiq is a terrible antidepressant drug!!! I had severe headaches, vision problems, edginess, anger, bitterness, insomnia, shakiness, felt like I was going to snap. I sobbed all of the time. Thought everyone was against me. Thank goodness I stopped it. Changed doctors and got straightened out with Lexapro. Unfortunately, I just found out my sister is on this drug from hell.
