For me, kava works wonders for my sometimes debilitating anxiety. Non-addictive, and does not cloud my thinking. However, I usually take more than whatever the recommended dose on the bottle says. No side effects, other than if you take "too much", sometimes you can feel a little tired the next day, and/or not sleep as well in the morning. Three years ago, I began taking Piroxicam for my arthritis. Upon taking it I was unaware of the horrible side effects. The medication helped my pain and i was very satisified, although I now suffer from gum disease, bacterial infection, gum bleeding, and buss filled pockets in my mouth. I've paid over 2000 dollars in dental pills to repair the damage the medication has caused me.

2 hand-fulls of cashews a day are equivalent to the average dose of prozac. For severe depression &/or alcoholism 1000 - 3000+ mg Naicin as well as at least 1000 mg of vitamin C will give you just as good results or better as an anti-depressant with no side effects and doses can been increased with no overdosing.

I took a max one a day multivitamin and the results seem to be working. My blood pressure seemed o have been lowered.my last bp reading was 130/73 and i was feeling a bit off.i am now feeling real good but i need to ensure that the bp s not too low.will check on that soon.

I was diagnosed with degenerative facet changes, L-4, L-5. I had been on constant ADVIL for 1 month which does relieve the pain significantly. I was told about Zyflamend and that it was an "herbal supplement" with anti-inflammatory results. Since I wanted to get off the ADVIL, I tried Zyflamend.
