It does nothing! Pure placebo! Maybe that's why it was not approved in USA and Canada?I do use Klonopin and have used Xanax, those work great.I prefer Klonopin.

For me, kava works wonders for my sometimes debilitating anxiety. Non-addictive, and does not cloud my thinking. However, I usually take more than whatever the recommended dose on the bottle says. No side effects, other than if you take "too much", sometimes you can feel a little tired the next day, and/or not sleep as well in the morning. Started taking OrthoCept to control my ovarian cysts...Worked Great...cysts were gone...premen. symptoms were gone..lite flows...However, I had horrible migraines during the placebo pills from withdrawl...and discovered ...after stopping the pill that all the Heart palpatatons I was having was related to taking the pill.....Now Im in a Rut and cant find any bc to take that doesn't give me migraines...and needless to say..my cysts are back... :(
