Advil helps alleviate my menstrual cramps and I feel works best if taken before major cramps set in. I usually take 2 pills when I begin to feel a slight 'tinge' of pain and when taken early enough, I don't experience as intense cramping as usual.

Started have a lot of heel pain---going to a foot doctor for that now. Also pain in my hips and legs. And stiffest in the hands. Memory is worst then before taking this med as well. My doctor took me off armor because they stopped making the 15mg and I need to take a 30 and 15. So he put me on this and it is 50. It was horrible. I would not recommend anyone take this medication as treatment for endometriosis. Nearly killed me.

Provigil has significantly affected my performance at work and home. I have energy to do things and think very clearly. It keeps me awake and regulates my sleep cycle. It is rather expensive though. I've developed a tolerance, and my libido is significantly decreased. This has led me to switch stimulants, but I do rate Provigil very highly.

Ive been taking Centrum since I was in my teen years and it has always been adequate to supply the extra vitamins I lack through my daily diet. But lately I have noticed that I have been getting nausea after taking it, maybe taking it after a meal its better than without a meal. But overall, good experience with this multivitamin.
