Tylenol's really good for taking care of headaches. It usually takes a half hour for me to feel in kick in. It works better when you take it with food.

I took Xyzal back on April 20th and April 21 only to find myself in the hospital. I only took 2 5mg tablets and had 5 days of hallcinations. My 2 sisters took me to the ER where they said it was a reaction to the medication. It was like being on drugs. It was so scary that now I am going to see a phychiarist for anxiety that I am experiencing because I am afraid to go to sleep. To see me like this you would have expected that I was on LSD. Taken 20mg for post traumatic head injury. At first great-headache gone but got very groggy in the morning, had real sugar cravings, heart rhythm problems and just not feeling quite on the earth. So have cut to 10mg for 3 days and stopped altogether today. Yeah I know you are not meant to stop but I think this drug is not that good for me,now the headaches are much better. Here's hoping anyway!!

I take Sudafed when I have a head cold. It helps unplug my ears but it does not work everytime I take it. I do recommend it.
