Have been on Carbimazole for just over six months.It was slowly reduced from 40mgs daily to 20mgs after two months. Then after five months found to be over medicated reduced to 10mgs. The symptoms i had whilst being over medicated were extreme exhaustion, dizziness and insomnia to mention a few.I also have severe hot flushes that come every two hour at night . Tussionex sucks in comparison to the hydrocodone/guaifenesin combo products taken off the market. It's time release properties are crap, it doesn't work. The antitussive properties of the hydrocodone component are far less apparent than in previous formulas. Also, very expensive.

Other medications for acne have not worked because it would burn my skin, but this medication has worked really well because it has not even cause a slight of a burn or redness and since its clear I can wear the medication throughout the day. I am very happy with this acne medication.

I took this for eczema. It did clear up the condition for a while but shortly after I finished the course the eczema came back. I hated this drug - I couldn't concentrate on anything, couldn't think coherently, and my appetite was ridiculous - I couldn't stop eating! I was ripping open packets like a crazy person.
