Listen to me if you don't listen to anyone else. DO NOT GET THE REST OF THE HPV VACCINES. THEY CAN HARM YOU OR KILL YOU! They can cause your immune system to over-react and attack your own body. Unfortunately, I know this from experience. The illness can be life-threatening. I am a registered nurse practicing for 30 years now-these vaccines are dangerous.

This was a very, very bad experience. I was completely unable to sleep longer than 1 hour at a time. Over the 5 months I was taking this, that sleep loss added up. I was tired all the time, could not eat due to severe nausea, and saw things that were not there (this was confirmed by my husband). For me, kava works wonders for my sometimes debilitating anxiety. Non-addictive, and does not cloud my thinking. However, I usually take more than whatever the recommended dose on the bottle says. No side effects, other than if you take "too much", sometimes you can feel a little tired the next day, and/or not sleep as well in the morning. I have been taking this medication for a few years now and I think all of my high blood presssure and water pills and potasium medication all work together. So far I have seen good results and have not had any side effects to any of these medications. I am very happy with where all my levels are at this point.
