I took ONE shot of 3.75mg Lupron Depot prior to fibroid surgery and still have an enlarged abdomen / bloating / fluid retention nearly one year later. I weigh only 91 pounds but my formerly flat stomach sticks out like a baby bump. What's worse, it's very uncomfortable. One time I had a migraine all day long and it was really debilitating. When nighttime came around, I couldn't sleep, so I took some Excedrin PM and the pain went away, and just like that I fell asleep. I didn't even wake up during the night and woke up feeling refreshed.

I had a very bad cough during my finals week and when I went to the doctor he gave me a cough medicine with codeine in it. It still took a while for the cough to go away, and I could only take the medicine at night, but it made it so I actually got rest and got rid of my cough

I'm allergic to penicillin, but apart from that I'm one of the lucky ones that never normally suffers from drug side effects - I've been given many different antibiotics and never had any effects similar to this one. I suffer from fibromalgia, and depression has got worse due to relationship problems,children,bereavement.
