I have taken hydergine for 15 years. I suffered from apnoea and hydergine effectively controlled the symptoms. While beneficial it seems otherwise to be benign. Now into my 80th year I remain mentally as bright as the brass button on a Warrant Officer's tunic. It also controls ADHD behavior up to 6 hours and probably has more off-label potential not yet discovered.

I am confused as to dosing,as some articles say 2000 IU or 5,000IU.I want to use it to boost immunity to the flu. My husband had prostate cancer,I have fibromyalgia and have an 8 year old child.Some say do not take it on a sunny day.Others say up the dosages if there is a flu outbreak.Most MDs are clueless about vitamins.Mine has not heard of its usage for the Swine flu.Europe is way more advanced .Do I have to take it all winter? To be honest since taking casodex my psa went down other than that I have no change at all

My blood pressure is back to normal. So that is great. But I'm experiencing many side effects I don't like and I may not be able to continue to tolerate - like really bad heartburn, loss of appetite, insomnia, swelling in extremities, painful joints, and others. I don't wanna die from high blood pressure.... but i feel lousy in a way I never felt before. So, I may need to try to a different med.

I had a terrible reaction. I took one dose (2 Pills) about a month ago and felt terrible. I tried it on 12/24/09 andafter only two doses of two pills felt sick, headache, dizziness, nausea I took two pills on 12/25/09 I experienced a bad headache, numbness on the left side of my face, nausea and dizzinness as well as fatigue. I am very scared!
