My grandfather has taken Niaspan for a little over 2 years, he started within the last month with more moderate waking up at night a flushing. Have only recently started using the cream for persistent eczema - I don't have any obvious side effects from it and it is somewhat effective (eczema comes back if I stop using it, however). I'm concerned about using this long term and would be interested to know if anyone has used it for a while, or if anyone has any alternatives for eczema that have proved successful.

cryselle is terribl.
