Terrible drug. I always felt like I was going to faint. Made it almost impossible to drive a car or function at work. Fell quite a few times due to dizziness. I would not recommend this drug. I never had high blood pressure to begin with, not sure why the Dr insisted that I take this drug. It was 120/70 which I always thought was normal. Diclofenac

Since about three years I am suffering from 2-3 gout attacks/year (big toe). After taking Diclofenac, the pain disappears after approx.30 minutes and when continuing 3 tablets/day for three days, the attack is over.

This combined with several other medicines was given to me when I had back surgery. I didnt have any pain after back surgery when I was given this until it wore off.

I recommend Tylenol because it does a really good job at relieving pain. However, I never abuse of this medication and it should never be taken while consuming alcohol due to the damage it can have on the liver.
