I took one Zylfamend PM (only half the recommended dosage). I felt better the next day in terms of noticeably less body aches and less fatigue. I knew beforehand that ginger and turmeric are very "heating" herbs and will throw my ying/yang off balance. I had a section of my arm with 2nd and 3rd degree burns and got blood poisoning from it. The burn healed quickly and is almost unnoticeable, considering how bad it could have been! I was very pleased with this product.

am a Diabetic. In 2002 I was Damaged by Gentamicin and Clindamycin IV Antibiotics and had Muscle and Bone Pain really bad. I have Very Bad Vertigo.
