This medication changed my life. I almost failed high school. I got my BA-MA-Phd in late 30's on a 10-15 cup of coffee/day habit. I needed to take it for a colonoscopy I was having done. It tastes horrible even in my favorite Gatorade drink. But the most important thing is that it worked. I was completely clean for the colonoscopy.

have been on Effexor 12 yeas after trying several others Have found the XR dosing not as effective as the 3/times per day. have tried chging medications, however the withdrawal symptoms have not been worth it, so I continue on Effexor, the most effective for me
