I think Claritin-D 24-hour helped most of my symptoms but not all. It definitely alleviated my sinus symptoms, but it neither helped my dry, itchy eyes nor my sore, irritated throat. Throughout the years I have tried numerous allergy medications, and for OTC meds, Claritin- D 24-hour is the best that I have found. although focalin xr hsa changed my appetite, it has done so for the better... i am still healthy, but i eat less, allowing me to lose a little bit of weight. i do have diarrhea sometimes but it is not often, and besides that, the only other side effect that i have noticed has been insomnia; if i take the focalin less than about 4 or 5 hours before i go to bed, i sometimes have trouble getting to sleep. other than that, it has worked wonders for my stress and ability to get things done.
