When I get the flu, I usually try a few over the counter medicines before going to see the doctor. I've tried sudafed in the past and it works ok, but it usually makes me really drowsy. If it makes me too drowsy, I will usually switch to another cold/flu medication.

I will never know what happened to me. But, for years I complained about anxiety and nervousness. But, my Endocrinologist have dismissed my symptoms. Finally, after nine years and learnign about Armour Thyroid, my depression and fatigue are pretty much gone. The anxiety has gotten better. But, I truly believe Synthroid helped to harm my central nervous system somehow.

I am only taking Adalat because I am still nursing my daughter - as soon as she is weaned, I am going back to Micardis. Adalat is awful for me. My legs and feet turn bright red and feel really warm, plus I have a sense of dizziness, and it is hard for me to function normally. I would not recommend this drug, unless you have no other choice.

Completely loved the convienience of the NuvaRing, seemed that every month the side effects got progressively worse, started out with a headache that lasted a week, then each month I would get a headache the day I would put a new ring in, eventually I ended up with severe diarrhea that I couldnt even eat and left me with horrible abdominal cramping. I started spironolactone for my hormonal acne as an alternative to birth control. It takes about 3 months to work, but it works very well! For me, the spironolactone worked very well for 6 months, but has been working less effectively in the last few months

I had to take Hydrocodone when I got into a car wreck and an airbag damaged my right eye. When I was taking them, I had a hard time remembering what was going on. They also made me extremely drowsy a lot of the time. My dosage was somewhat high however.
