I started using NeilMed Sinus Rinse approx. 100 days ago, after having sinus surgery. Since then, I've been having problems with my heart pounding, and trouble sleeping. Anyone else experiencing this? I would like very much to find out if it's from the NeilMed, or if I need to start looking elsewhere. I have been taking Fosamax for 4 years. The side effects have gotten worse the last two. I do have an irregular heart beat (Supra VT) that has also gotten worse. My last bone density test shows the results to be very minimal if at all.

My first experience with diclofenac was a positive one. AT my age, I need medications for my joints and for my back pain as well, and I was happy to start diclofenac because it is very effective with limited side effects, so I did not need to go and look for other additional medications
