I was not happy with this medication. I did not take it for birth control, but for other medical reasons as prescribed by my doctor. I was depressed, moody, and overall felt physically worse.

This is a terrible medication that did not work at all. It gave me a rapid heartbeat and ruined my asthma. I could not breathe at all. I had to be rushed to the ER for breathing treatments due to this medication.

I had a bad experience with Nuva-Ring. I had originally been on the Depo-Provera shot for about 4 years before I decided to try something else. I researched and talked to my doctor, and decided to try Nuva-Ring. I am 17, and have been on Ortho tri-cyclen since i was 15. I really like it, except that it is hard to remember to take, and i have had many pregnancy scares. I have an appointment to get mirena, but aftrer looking at reviews, I am considering cancelling my appointment.
