Works very well for my panic disorder. I can take it in the middle of the day if anxious, avoid a panic attack, and continue on with my day. I've been taking Xanax for about 10 years now and it's still as eefective as it was when I started taking it. I can go days without taking any if I have little or no anxiety. As it wears off I do notice I get a little grumpy, that part doesn't feel real good. Overall it helps my quality of life greatly.

Since I have been taking Synthyroid 0.25mcg, I have started spotting between periods. It did not start until I start taking the medication.
