It's great for dealing with congestion/hay fever, but I stopped taking Drixoral after a short period of time because for me the dry mouth and thirst outweighed the benefits. I found myself drinking much more than usual because of my dry mouth, and consequently having to visit the bathroom much more frequently than usual. the medicine made me feel tired, and i had to constantly go to the bathroom the following morning which was inconvenient b/c i had to work! i felt fatigue everytime i had bowel movement
