I was very depressed and had thoughts of suicide due to debilitating pain and loss of mobility, and was walking the floor at night, unable to sleep, crying, wishing I could die just to be free of the pain. I take this during the winter and whenever I'm around people who have colds, flu etc. It really seems to work well as a preventative. Once, when one child came home from school very sick with some croupy bug, my other child and I took Jade Screen for the duration, and my husband didn't. We both had just a slightly sore throat for half a day; he got really, really sick. Can't remember the last time I got a cold; and I used to get bronchitis regularly--but not anymore!
