i love differin i added it to my daily routine along with benzaclin gel and my face looks great, i have people that havent seen me since i had horrible acne and they tell me i look like a new person. I had no confidence and hated going out in public, it really had a bad impact on my social skills, but now that people aren't staring at my acne, I have great confidence and people-skills.

The only thing I have to complain about is the headache/migraine side effects that I experienced when I first began taking it. I'm only nervous about potential long-term side effects that I've read about.

Yaz was great for the first three months, then all of a sudden i became a horrible person to everyone around me. I started to have mood swings and severe pain everywhere and the pill actually lowered my potassium level instead of making it higher as advertised. i am finally switching to something else after numerous blood tests trying to find out what was wrong with me. it happens to be that Yaz was making me fall apart. i hate it! I use this ingredient as part of an Ayurvedic Sleep tea. This combination of Holy Basil, common herbs and Ashwaganda and Gotu Kola has helped greatly with my sleep problems. Insomnia used to be a problem 3-4 times a week. Now it is rare to occasional.

The doctor says that my blood pressure is good, but sometimes I feel tensed and stresses, weak, tired, out of balance, and chest pain mostly at night.. I also have an increase hearthbeat. I must say that the medication works, but too many side effects. So at the end of the day, what is the point of having such a medication which increases and decreases your well-being at the same time?
