I am using it for almost 2 months - 250 mg twice daily. It definitely have some effect both on libido enhancing and erectile dis-function. But I am not sure whether it has any adverse effect on prostate with long term effect.

I started using NeilMed Sinus Rinse approx. 100 days ago, after having sinus surgery. Since then, I've been having problems with my heart pounding, and trouble sleeping. Anyone else experiencing this? I would like very much to find out if it's from the NeilMed, or if I need to start looking elsewhere. I also got the Gardasil vaccine and yes it ruined my life too! Two years ago I received it and started developing severe acne on my face. I had two of the three shots. I want to warn everyone who I can that this shot could perhaps ruin their life. Some people are severely affected and some are not. This is a great compound for treating the symptoms of my asthma. It works very rapidly and almost immediately relieves the symptoms. Sometime it relieves them so quickly that I get a short term (less than 30 minutes) headache following its use. At night I can fall asleep immediately after use.

My depression has lifted significantly, but not enough to say I think this is a great med for me. I've gained 10 pounds, have frequent bad headaches and believe that my vision has deteriorated. I am much more irritable and intense. I had great success with Prozac for many years and then it just pooped out. Since then I have been on just about every depression med.
